A dynamic force in the music industry since her early 20s, Sarah Morrison has made significant contributions across various platforms. She began by founding Groovy Tunes Magazine, evolving it from a Tumblr blog to a YouTube channel and eventually a print publication. Her work has appeared in renowned outlets like So Young Magazine, Coeval Magazine, Exclaim!, and Range.
Sarah’s career spans roles at local music promoters, marketing agencies, and record labels. In the UK, she gained experience as a Marketing Associate at Bad Vibrations and interned at Bird On The Wire, supporting event promotion and marketing strategies. Later, she worked as a Digital Media Executive at Sold Out Advertising, managing high-profile clients like Live Nation and Kilimanjaro.
Back in Canada, Sarah served as a Junior Marketing Manager at MRG Live, leading marketing initiatives and collaborating with talent buyers. She also worked at 604 Records / Light Organ Records as a Project Coordinator and Artist Manager, handling daily operations, event planning, and travel coordination.
Sarah’s most recent role was a Social Media Coordinator at Beautiful Digital, working with clients such as Adam Lambert, ROZES, and High Moon Records, while assisting on accounts ranging from Ashley McBryde, The Black Keys, Geffen Records, The Lumineers, and many others.
As of November 2024, Sarah has joined Vector Management as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, where she will work at the intersection of creative strategy, content development, and artist brand building. In this role, Sarah will collaborate with internal teams, artists, and managers to execute strategic promotional plans for album and tour releases. She will contribute to campaign strategy and ideate multi-channel marketing drivers to engage audiences across digital and social platforms.
Sarah also continues her freelance work with Timber Timbre, serving as an assistant, agent, and tour manager. In her downtime, she explores her passion for film by writing feature scripts.
